Terms of Use Agreement

Aries TCO Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.ariessierra.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Aries TCO, INC, owner, and operator of Aries Sierra ("Company" or "We") governing your use of Aries Sierra ("Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you may not use the Platform.

  • Use of the Platform

      Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

    2. User Account:

      You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the Platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    3. Prohibited Activities:

      You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform: - Violating any applicable laws or regulations. - Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon any intellectual property rights. - Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's functionality or security. - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Platform. - Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.

  • Intellectual Property

    1. Ownership:

      The Platform and all intellectual property rights associated with it are owned by the Company. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Platform.

    2. User Content:

      By uploading, transmitting, or submitting any content to the Platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.

  • Privacy

    1. Collection and Use of Information:

      The Company may collect and use certain information about you as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and use of information.

    2. Data Security:

  • Limitation of Liability

    IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  • Termination

    The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately terminate.

  • Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Stat of Florida, City of Orlando.

  • Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements.

Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Changes to This Terms of Use

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Terms of Use.
