At Aries Sierra, we aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued for subscriptions and pre-release purchases. By using Aries Sierra, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy for Subscriptions
1.1. Full Refunds
Customers may request a full refund of their subscription payment within 30 days
of their initial purchase of an Aries Sierra subscription. Refunds will be issued only for the first subscription term
(e.g., monthly or annual). Subsequent renewals are not eligible for a refund unless they meet the conditions outlined in Section 1.3
(Refund Eligibility for Subscription Renewals).
1.2. Deduction of Transaction Fees
In the event of a refund, Aries Sierra will deduct any applicable transaction processing fees charged
by third-party payment processors (such as credit card transaction fees). These fees typically range between 2-3% of
the original transaction amount and will be disclosed at the time of the refund request.
1.3. Refund Eligibility for Subscription Renewals
Refunds for subscription renewals will not be issued, except in cases where the customer provides a written request for
cancellation within 7 days of the renewal date. In such cases, Aries Sierra will provide a prorated refund for any unused time
in the subscription term, less any applicable transaction fees.
2. Pre-Release Purchase Refunds
Aries Sierra offers pre-release access to customers who wish to purchase the platform before the official release date.
For pre-release purchases, the following refund policies apply:
2.1. Pre-Release Refund Window
For customers who purchase Aries Sierra during the pre-release phase, you may request a full
refund within 30 days after the official product release. This allows you the opportunity to evaluate the platform once it is fully available.
2.2. Deduction of Transaction Fees for Pre-Release Refunds
As with general refunds, any refund for pre-release purchases will be subject to the deduction of
transaction processing fees charged by third-party payment processors.
2.3. Product Release Notification
Customers who purchase during the pre-release phase will be notified via email when the product is officially launched.
The 30-day refund window will begin on the date of this notification.
3. No Refunds for Additional Features, Add-Ons, or Upgrades
Refunds will not be issued for any additional features, add-ons, or upgrades that are purchased separately from
the standard subscription, including but not limited to:
• Custom integrations or development.
• Premium support packages.
• Third-party services or tools that are integrated with Aries Sierra.
These purchases are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Support Team at support@ariessierra.com. Upon cancellation,
your access to the platform and any associated features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
No further charges will be applied.
4.2. Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription after the refund period outlined in Sections 1 or 2, you will not be eligible for a refund
for the remaining unused time in your subscription. However, you will retain access to Aries Sierra until the end of the billing period.
5. Exceptions to Refund Policy
The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:
• Failure to use the platform after purchase.
• Refund requests made after the specified refund windows.
• Refunds for transactions that have been previously disputed with a financial institution.
• Misuse or violation of the Aries Sierra Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Processing Refunds
6.1. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving an approved refund request. Once processed,
refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
6.2. Notification of Refund
Customers will receive an email notification once their refund has been processed. If you do not
receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
6.3. Transaction Fees Deduction
The refunded amount will be reduced by any applicable third-party transaction fees. These fees are non-refundable by Aries Sierra,
as they are charged by the payment processor.
